Free Standard Shipping offer is valid on orders $35 or more placed online at BYALEGORY.com. A promo code is not required to redeem free shipping offers, just select a FREE Shipping offer during checkout. Not valid on previous purchases. Offer is subject to change without notice. All promotional shipping offers are valid on in-stock items only and are calculated after any additional discounts (such as online coupon codes) and before any amount of tax that may be applied to your order.

All items are shipped according to the exact shipping address provided by the customer. BYALEGORY™ and its partners do not enter information other than what is stated by the customer and are not responsible for incorrect addresses (such as but not limited to) misspelled, out-dated or non-delivery acceptance addresses input by the customer.

Once the order has been processed and shipped, there can be no changes made to the delivery address provided by the customer and the customer will have to contact their local carrier to make any changes to the final delivery address.

Once a carrier (such as UPS, FEDEX, USPS, etc.) has taken possession of your shipment for final delivery, BYALEGORY™ and/or its partners are not responsible for loss or theft from your residence once the shipment is scanned as "delivered" and/or damage caused to the package after scanned as "delivered" to your residence (which may include but not limited to) damage as a result of weather elements, animals, etc.  Although BYALEGORY™ and/or its partners are not held directly responsible for loss or theft by the carrier of your item(s), you have 48 hours after the delivery scan to your residence to contact us in order for us to open a claim with the carrier and to open a case with the Postal Inspection service to begin an investigation on your behalf. If it has been determined that you are due a refund or exchange, it will be processed at the time the carrier or Postal Inspection service has made their decision which can take up to 5-10 business days. After 48 hours of the delivery scan to your correct address you feel you have been a victim of mail fraud please contact your local police station or the Postal Inspection Service @ 1-877-876-2455. Please have all related information available for the inspectors as all cases are taken seriously as Mail Fraud, a felony, carries a sentence of up to five years in prison and/or fines of up to $250,000 when individuals are involved and up to 30 years in prison and/or $1,000,000 in fines when a financial institution is involved.

*All deliveries to PO Boxes and locker boxes are sent via standard ground service regardless of any promotion or additional services paid; such as expedited or overnight shipping methods. Expedited and Priority shipping selections are NOT valid on PO Box addresses, locker box addresses, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico addresses.

IMPORTANT: The cut off time for Expedited and Overnight delivery is 1:00 p.m. EST. Your order must be finalized by this time in order for it to be considered the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. EST will not ship until the following business day. Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will not be process until the next business day. All deliveries adhere to local carrier delivery days which may or may not include weekends, local disasters and holidays.
